Nonprofits thrive on their personal relationships with donors, clients, volunteers and other stakeholders. Unfortunately, sometimes those relationships go sour and, with the explosion of social media, the resulting negativity can become extraordinarily public. How do nonprofits deal with these negative comments? On Thursday, February 12th, from 10am – noon we will host a live presentation at the Foundation Center on “Responding to Negative Comments on Social Media.” Our panel of speakers will include several attorneys as well as a public relations expert.
